Pregnant girlfriend of Ernest Opoku attacks him at radio studio with canes

The alleged pregnant girlfriend of gospel musician, Ernest Opoku, did the unthinkable by storming the premises of Multimedia ostensibly to beat up the gospel musician.

The lady, Gladys Mensah Buako, also known as NAYAS gathered the courage and allegedly attacked the musician who was at the studios of Adom FM during a live worship programme, Monday afternoon.

Eyewitnesses say the lady who was in the company of some men, stepped out of his vehicle with about four canes which she had concealed in her dress.

Shocked bystanders say the lady chanced upon her former lover at the outer studio of the station, and attacked him.

In the ensuing melee, Ernest Opoku, had to be whisked away in a red Toyota Highlander by some friends who could not stand the day-light embarrassment.

Respect ban on corporal punishment – GES warns teachers

IGP moves 91 officers, new Commanders to be named next week

Some 91 uniformed senior officers of the Ghana Police Service and many in the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) are moving to new offices in a massive shake-up ordered by the Inspector General of Police (IGP), David Asante-Apeatu. A source in the Police hinted that the transfer is strategic, and in some cases involves officers who have been at their current locations for so many years.
