Kumawood actor stabbed to death

Adomonline.com can confirm the death of Kumawood actor, Nurudeen Abass. According to an eyewitness, he was stabbed to death in a brutal fight as Asawase, a popular suburb in the Ashanti region. Passport forms now free and available online

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration has announced that Ghanaians can now only acquire passports forms online. This change was announced among what appears to be a series of reforms in the acquisition of passports. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the forms which used to cost between GHC50 and GHC100 and mostly sold in the banks, will now be free. In spite of the new development, applicants only have to bear the cost of processing fee at GHc 50 and GHc100 for regular and express services respectively. It is unclear if this really constitutes free, seeing that the same amounts will be paid. Also, the statement makes no mention of changes in how applicants photographs would be taken, which means after filling out the forms, they will still need to visit the passport office to take their photographs. Failure to recite Psalm 121 caused my arrest – Robbery suspect

A cross-border robbery suspect has revealed that he was arrested by the police because he forgot to recite Psalm 121 before going for his last operation. 30-year-old, John Godwin who is also an ex-convict added that it was because God wanted the police to arrest him that he forgot to read the Psalms on that fateful day. Four other suspects – Solomon Adeniji, Tosin Adeoye and two nationals of the Republic of Benin, Adewale Adebolaji and Moyori Sule were arrested alongside Godwin. Man found guilty of raping neighbour’s pregnant goat

A 33-year-old man in Winterveldt, South Africa, Feselani Mcube, has been found guilty of raping a pregnant goat and will be sentenced in the Ga-Rankuwa Magistrate’s court on Tuesday, November 20. SPCA inspector Mishack Matlou confirmed that Mcube was arrested in the early hours of August 9, Women’s Day, after he was caught pants down on the animal. “During the court hearing which was concluded in October, Mcube appeared emotionless when he was cross-examined about the act,” said Matlou.
