Gloria Sarfo replies Yvonne Nelson

Actress Gloria Sarfo has asked actress Yvonne Nelson to chillax and stop expending her energy on replying her harmless posts about the entertainment industry. Gloria Sarfo weighed in on comments by Kobi Rana after Yvonne Nelson, in a series of tweets, expressed her distaste over something she had discovered about her colleagues. Yvonne claimed the entertainnment industry is full of people with hate and jealousy. One of her tweets read; “An INDUSTRY full of HATE & JEALOUSY. Learn to love one another and see how God will BLESS you!” Responding to Yvonne’s tweets, Kobi Rana accused the actress of preaching virtue while practicing vice because she herself doesn’t support anybody’s work. “You have never posted or supported anybody’s movie in your entire life. Breaking News: Akufo-Addo Directs GES To Bring back 14 Dismissed WASSCE Students

  It has emerged that President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo has directed the Ghana Education Service(GES) to grant clemency to all the 14 final year students who have been dismissed, reportghana can report exclusively. Chief granted bail over abetment of crime

  Nana Akontomre Kwame Frimpong, Chief of Yabi, who allegedly instructed one of his subjects to inflict cutlass wounds on another person has been granted a GH¢50,000.00 bail with a surety by the Nkawie Circuit Court. The chief is said to have instructed one of his subjects to inflict cutlass wounds on one Kwaku Addai, from Atwima-Kwanwoma during a clash over a piece of land, which is a subject of litigation between the chief of Kwanwoma and that of Yabi, in the Atwima-Kwanwoma District. He pleaded not guilty to a charge of abetment of crime and would reappear before the court presided by Mr Johnson Abbey on September 5, this year. Police Inspector Joseph Nyame told the court that the complainant was a subject of Nana Amponsah Akwaa, chief of Atwima-Kwanwoma, while the accused was the chief of Yabi. It was not easy convincing Rawlings to return Ghana to constitutional rule – Kwamena Ahwoi

Prof. Kwamena Ahwoi has disclosed that it was not easy for former President Jerry John Rawlings, to be convinced to return the country to constitutional rule. According to the Former Local Government Minister, it was because the military ruler for more than a decade was obsessed with power. No SHS student has died of Covid-19 – Dr Oko-Boye tells Parliament

The Deputy Health Minister has told Parliament that no Covid-19 related death has been recorded in any senior high schools since finalists returned to prepare for their exit exams. Dr Bernard Oko-Boye’s statement comes after some people expressed concern about students in some schools including the Accra Girls Senior High school who tested positive for coronavirus barely a week after reopening. Parents who were anxious about the news had rushed to these schools to withdraw their wards until they were assured of their kids’ safety by school authorities. Gambian leader declares state of emergency

Gambian President Adama Barrow has declared a state of emergency and introduced nationwide night curfew for 21 days as corona-virus cases keep rising. The president said the borders and airspace will remain closed except for cargo, diplomats and those seeking treatment abroad. He said the rising cases were “worrisome”, Anadolu news agency reports. The country has recorded nearly 700 cases including 16 deaths.The vice-president and three ministers are among those infected by the virus, but the president tested negative on Monday. Worship places remain closed in the country and schools will only allow final year students to sit for exit examinations from 17 August.
